Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate is the prediction?
Within ±30% for photos. Illustrations and flat color are harder to predict (can be much smaller). File size depends heavily on image content — complex scenes = larger files than simple ones at same settings.
Which format to pick?
Photos: AVIF (best, new), WebP (near-universal), JPEG (fallback). Illustrations with transparency: WebP or PNG. Icons/simple graphics: SVG if possible. Animations: WebP > GIF.
